Need to see if new system is needed. I am not sure how old the system is now. This is a rental property & I have an elderly woman living there. I bought a compressor back in 07 or 08. There seems to be a leak somewhere because there is no cold air blowing out. Just has freon put in about 3 days ago and air conditioner is not blowing cold air again.

ac fan quit last year,we replaced it ,within days ac went down (15 year old lennox unit)do we need a new unit or can we get the existing one serviced and if so how long will the existing unit survive, what with having to retro fit it in the years to come, provided it survives that long

4 yr old house hvac system. Tenant's did not replace air filter for over 6 months use, so the coil is covered in dust and the blower is not working due to excessive dust buildup. How much to replace blower and clean out coil?
